These packages are the original Fast Track Systems Monitor from the early 2000s — a Perl monitoring engine for a single host, with a Webmin interface and the “monitoring for the home user” pitch. They are kept here as history. They are not the current FTMON product and are not maintained.

If you remember the oval logo, the pink sidebar, RRD graphs, or paging yourself when a disk was filling — that was this tree. The ideas live on in the rewrite; the Perl stays on SourceForge so the licence and provenance stay clear.
